Over the past decade, I’ve built and led five startups — three acquired by publicly traded companies — and advised thousands of entrepreneurs, executives, and changemakers on how to lead, grow, and live more intentionally. I’ve raised venture funding through Series B, scaled national operations, built teams from the ground up, and navigated some of the most complex inflection points leaders face: layoffs, leadership transitions, culture shifts, and hypergrowth.
