You’re Not Lost. You’re Between Chapters.
The hardest part of becoming is not knowing who you are yet
There’s this certain kind of pain that occurs when the story of your life that was once meaningful isn’t anymore. You don’t ever feel “lost” exactly. You’re present. You’re getting things done. You’re acting as you should.
But inside, something feels untethered — like the story you’ve been living no longer feels yours. And you can’t quite put your finger on why. You try to write it out in your journal, think it through logically, work it through.
But there remains this sense of:
“I’ve changed. And I don’t know what that means yet.”
If you’re here — in the messy middle, the not-quite-before and not-yet-after — let me say this clearly:
You’re not lost. You are in limbo.
And yes, this chapter is awkward, foggy, and quiet in all the ways that most scare achievers half to death. But it’s where change begins.
This is the page where you pause.
Where you breathe.
Where you remember that turning points don’t always look like fireworks — sometimes they feel like quiet.
