Let’s face it; life can get seriously overwhelming sometimes, leaving us feeling like we’re running on fumes.

Picture this: after a long day of juggling work, family, and a gazillion other responsibilities, all you wanna do is flop on the couch and scroll through social media for hours. We’ve all been there, right? But here’s the kicker: while mindlessly scrolling can provide a quick escape, it won’t magically refill your emotional gas tank.

I’ve found so many times in my life and throughout my career — vacation, days off, reduced workload -> I never recharged. I just continued to feel stuck in the burnout cycle.

What Triggers Your Burnout?

Let’s figure out what triggers your burnout. For some, it might be the never-ending workload that feels like a treadmill on max speed. For others, social events can drain your energy faster than a phone with 1% battery left. You might be triggered by your job in general, it might be the type of work you’re doing, it might be toxic people.

The point is, we’re all unique, and understanding what burns us out personally is the secret sauce to a kickass recharging plan.
