As a leader , it’s my job to ensure everyone’s success. That means helping folks understand what I need from them. It also means providing the tools, training and resources for them to do their job effectively.
For some that means formal 1:1s, for others it’s less. It’s also my job to adapt to the needs and style of each of my direct reports to show up for them in the way that they need me to.
I have in office employees, hybrid and remote across roles and fields and responsibilities. Each have different work styles and needs.
It’s my job to set the tone at the top, lead by example, and follow through and do what I say I will with transparency.
Without trust I could ask any question and it would be pointless. Totally agree with the meetings too!!!
